1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and 773pub ("773pub", "we", "us", "the Platform") governing your access to and use of all services, games, promotions, and features offered on the 773pub website located at https://773pub.club and any associated sub-domains or mobile-optimised versions thereof.

3. Account Registration

To participate in real-money gaming on 773pub, you are required to register a player account. The following conditions apply to account registration and maintenance:

• One Account Per Person: Each individual is permitted to maintain only one (1) active account on the 773pub platform. Duplicate accounts are strictly prohibited. Where multiple accounts are detected, 773pub reserves the right to suspend all associated accounts and void any balances or pending winnings.

You will be asked to submit a copy of a valid Philippine government-issued identification document (such as a Passport, Driver's License, SSS ID, PhilHealth ID, or UMID). Failure to complete identity verification will result in the suspension of withdrawal privileges until verification is completed.
• Account Updates: You are responsible for keeping your account information current. Any changes to your contact details, address, or payment methods must be updated promptly through your account settings or by contacting 773pub support.

4. Deposits and Payment Methods

773pub accepts deposits exclusively through the following Philippine payment channels: GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, and approved cryptocurrency wallets. All transactions are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP) unless otherwise specified.

• Minimum Deposit: The minimum deposit amount is ₱100. Deposits below this threshold will not be processed.
• Processing Time: GCash and PayMaya deposits are credited to your 773pub account balance immediately upon confirmation. Bank transfer deposits are typically credited within 5 to 30 minutes during banking hours.
• Source of Funds: All deposits must originate from a payment account or instrument registered in your own name. 773pub does not accept third-party deposits. Any deposit identified as originating from a third-party source may be reversed and the account subjected to additional verification.
• No Deposit Fees: 773pub does not charge fees on deposits. However, your payment provider may apply their own transaction fees independent of 773pub.
• Currency: All balances, bets, and payouts are displayed and processed in Philippine Peso (PHP). Cryptocurrency deposits are converted to PHP at the prevailing exchange rate at the time of deposit.

5. Withdrawals

Players may request withdrawal of available funds subject to the following conditions:

• Minimum Withdrawal: The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱200.
• KYC Requirement: Identity verification (KYC) must be completed before the first withdrawal is processed. Withdrawal requests will be placed on hold until KYC is approved.
• Withdrawal to Own Account: Withdrawals may only be processed to a payment account registered in the same name as your 773pub account. Third-party withdrawals are prohibited.
